Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino (Adults Only) - Salamanca

Above average and very very good breakfast - a lot of meals. Iron/ironing board, coffee/tea makers and a work desk in the room, good and perfect location. Early check-in, parking on site. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

Units with a beautiful view. The location was stunning and unbeatable, really close to the casino as well as Salamanca.

The staff are incredibly nice, we really enjoyed them. The units were spotless with large bathroom...

I loved staying here, as well as hotel's stuff and rooms. The rooms with huge shower and a beautiful view, for example. Location next to Alleageny State park, the casino and the restaurant.

We were unable to check in until 5:30, which is ridiculous. The staff was less than accommodating about this and quite rude. Their reasoning was that they have so many rooms to clean in such little time- then hire more staff!

The facilities are well-kept. I enjoyed the spacious common areas and beautiful decor. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxation after a day of exploring. The room was clean with comfy beds.

we travel quite often and enjoy Atlantic City about 4 times a year,however, we feel that Seneca Allegany Hotel is one of the nicest and prettiest hotels that we have ever stayed at!!The room is beautiful and updated with marble shelves, ceramic tile on floor and walls in bath,comfort like table and chairs and snacks....we were very pleased!! The hotel is updated and modern with beautiful decor!! The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We will definately return!

I definitely would have liked to win more money. Also, I was suprised we were not given any free play for getting the casino card and nothing extra for being there on our anniversary

Had an amazing night in a spacious beautiful room with a fantastic view from the 8th floor, and those toiletries were just good! I really enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa and a refreshing dip in the indoor pool. Just a heads up, the steakhouse was closed , so I couldn't try it out, but don't miss the buffet for great food 😊

Room was very nice. The bands in the bar were excellent, but they should play longer than 11 pm on a Saturday night.

The bar did not have enough staff to handle the crowd. You should give them all raises, they did their best to keep up. Ate at the cafe, food was just average. There were not enough table games (Saturday night).

The hotel was lovely. We actually thought we were in the new section because the room was so lovely and fresh.

We came to celebrate my husband;s birthday since we both like to play the slots, this would be somewhere different. We live fairly close to Seneca Niagara, so thought it would be very much the same. My husband likes to play the $.25 slots, but did not find much variety in the games he like to play. Because of that, while our stay was nice, I do not foresee us returning. We also found the slots were not very giving.

The Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino has beautiful decor with a sophisticated ambiance. The common areas are spacious and well-designed. The staff were also accommodating and attentive.

Limited dining options could be more senior-friendly.

The staff were friendly and we received items that we requested to our room quickly.

I did not like the fact that smoking was permitted in the casino and the restaurants. It really put a damper on the whole weekend. As soon as you turned the corner off the elevator towards the casino, the smell was overwhelming. I am positive that my group would have spent more time and money in the casino if there would have been no smoking, even less. We tried to go to the small non-smoking area, but did not care for the slots there and could smell the smoke. Also, both mornings of the weekend that I spent there, there was a loud construction noise each morning. The noise sounded like a jack hammer about 1-2 floors above us. We were trying to get away for the weekend and relax, and ended up being woken up both mornings before we would have liked.

The staff was great, the food was delicious and the room was beautiful!

It was not clearly stated where to park for the hotel, we ended up parking in the big lot which made for a longer walk to the hotel with our bags. Maybe a sign saying free parking in ramp for hotel guests would have helped.
